Where it all started...
Take a moment and reflect upon your jr. school PE class experience. For a few of you, these were the best days! For most of us, these days were full of awkward and anxious moments that we would like to forget. Little did we know that while we were receiving instruction on how to participate in athletics, we were also engaging in a "social education" that provided us with many experiences that have shaped who we are today both personally and professionally.
GymClass seeks to embrace the awkwardness and anxiety of our youth and redirect it towards personal growth. Our success in the new workforce will be a product of our ability to develop the interpersonal skills to connect with the culture our employer while establishing health relationships with those who we are employed.
More than Teambuilding
Experiential Education (Teambuilding) is a great "tool" to utilize in the development a thriving organization.
